1949 Dodge Power Wagon

The 1949 Dodge Power Wagon is a customized firetruck made in honor of the firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11. It has 13,000 original miles on the original running gear and 1,500 miles on the breaks. The motor, transmission, front end, and rear end have never been taken apart and it has been professionally cleaned and painted and changed over to 12 volts. It has won events at various car shows and the owner is now looking for it to have a new home in a museum or within an organization. Part of the proceeds will go to the Rolling Memorial for Fallen Firefighters. +$31,700.

How long should a luxury 2-door coupe be? Xenatech and Maybach thinks it should be 5.7 meters long or just a shade under 19 feet. That’s how massive this 57S coupe is. The collaboration between the luxury car maker and the engineering firm resulted in this double-door sedan powered by a 6-liter, twin turbo V12 that can propel the car from a standing start to 62mph in exactly five seconds. Only 100 samples will be made and will cost you a pretty penny. $800,000.
